Most of the new ideas come from events that work, for example, have you ever seen someone jump off a twenty story building and survive when they land on an air bag that deflates. It gives them enough distance to stop without killing themselves. The cars now try to get that distance by having the body of the car crumple around them and wait for the jaws of life to get them out. Very often they bleed to death waiting for the jaws of life. In my design it gives you a greater distance that you can simply walk away from.
